Next up in our Live From T5 concert series: the chart-topping British vocal group The Wanted on Wednesday August 22, 2012. Held post-security at Terminal 5 (T5) at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York, our Live From T5 concert will be available to ticketed customers and contest winners as part of our award-winning customer experience. We’re providing a special treat for select fans “Chasing the Sun.” Fans in Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego and San Francisco can enter for the chance to meet the band and see them perform live, up close and personal. We’ve partnered with local CBS radio stations in each city and beginning August 1, fans can enter for a chance to win prize packages which include passes (winner plus a guest) and travel accommodations to this exclusive concert by The Wanted.  Success has come quickly for The Wanted with a highly popular headlining show at New York’s Gramercy Theater followed by a sold-out 10-city promotional tour of the U.S. Their popular single “Glad You Came” on Mercury Records blasted onto the Billboard Hot 100′s Top 10 chart and with top Digital Gainer honors the single also jumped to #9 with a bullet on the Top 40 Airplay chart and #3 on the Billboard Hot Digital Songs Chart. TV appearances on Ellen and Chelsea Lately bolstered by a feature placement on FOX’s Glee for the group’s premiere U.S. single “Glad You Came” combined to kick the song to #2 on the U.S. iTunes chart.
